Audit
A Schools Safeguarding audit is a thorough and supportive process which uses our bespoke audit tool to identify areas of compliance, best practice and areas for development.
Safeguarding Supervision
We facilitate supportive and impactful group and one-to-one supervision meetings, either face to face or remotely for DSLs, EYFS or other staff members. We help to equip staff with the support, challenge and advice that is essential to effectively safeguard children.

Safeguarding
Audit
The Safeguarding Audit will consist of a Safeguarding Consultant visiting your school, for at least one full day to meet with staff and scrutinise policy procedures and practice. The findings will then be compiled in an Action Plan and Report which will be emailed to you.

Being a Designated Safeguarding Lead can be a lonely role, particularly when confidentiality limits the opportunities to offload. Often, this reduces emotional capacity and therefore effectiveness to carry out the role.
